3 /5 Richard Rubin: I have used Jeff for a couple years for repair of our cars based on the excellent ratings. Most recently, I had him change the headlamp bulb and repair the seat on my Mazda that was stuck. When I came to pick it up, he said he needed to order the part "a tab" for the seat to prevent the problem from recurring. I paid him in full, and expected a call back, as he had never given me a reason not to trust him. When I didnt hear back from him, I went again to ask what happened, and he gave me an excuse about some family issues and said he would let me know when the part came in. I never heard from him a second time. I went back again a couple months later, and he did finally repair the seat at no additional charge. He was apologetic and pleasant. He obviously had some extenuating circumstances, and overall I know that he is honest, but it was a bit frustrating, as it took a lot of extra effort for me, when I dont have a lot of extra time myself. I hope that he will try to make what ever small changes he needs to keep the excellent reputation he has had. I trust that he will.
