5 /5 Ann Gabrielle Henning: Prompt, professional, thorough, and upfront. We had a pre-purchase inspection conducted on a potential used vehicle by AC as the independent party, and Spencer was wonderful. They seemed to do thorough lookover, going further than just a visual, and communicated honestly what we were looking at in terms of value for sale price and upcoming issues/degrees of immediacy with the needed maintenance. When asked how we could pay they replied there was no charge. Being from out of state and not able to lay eyes on the vehicle ourselves, we feel confident in AC and appreciate them very much. Recommend!

5 /5 Evan Ross Murphy: Spencer the owner is helpful and knowledgeable and treats his workers well, (closed Friday after 40 hr week) the kind of guy who gets things done for neighbors and who elders can trust. Two such patrons came in while I was there, one elder woman was there for what seemed like reassurance with a recent fix and maybe a hug, and another gentleman lamenting that he had lost his job recently and might need help. Spencer listened with care and helped both, while easing their worries, he had my radiator repaired in an hour and a half to keep me going to work the following day and he has helped me many times. In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust, Spencer here is one of the good guys.
