James Powell I have used these guys twice and have been more than satisfied. They are professional and efficient. This time, I took my wifes hybrid Camry with the Galaxy Aqua paint. The light blue on the logo really clashes with the paint, so I had them black out the logos and remove the hybrid emblems all around. It looks fantastic!

Carlos If you’re looking for a wonderful and honest mechanic, this is the place to go. I’ve been coming here a few years and the shop is always extremely clean and very well organized. Such details do inspire confidence. The owner has excellent manners and is a total gentleman. I learned the best way to get into this shop is from Cathedral Canyon. Right before Commercial Road, heading towards 111, there’s a little road that’s the ally of the shops in that area. The office is off of Commercial Road

Ive been looking for a mechanic close to home, and drove by his shop looking for someone to change a brake light bulb. Christian dropped what he was doing and immediately tended to my request. Turned out that it wasnt a burned bulb but a faulty housing. Got right on the phone and got the part I needed without skipping a beat. Christian and his crew are GREAT. Christopher Gorrie 111 Automotive is an awesome family-owned small business doing emergency car repair & maintenance throughout the Palm Desert. I was stranded at my friend’s uncle’s house where the A/C had broken down and it was 106 degrees. I’d been replacing my alternator and accidentally stripped the lower mounting bolt. I called these guys up and Devin came out to extract the stripped bolt, put on the alternator, and then Devin searched high and low throughout Palm Desert to find a corresponding bolt. It took him a day to find one, but kept me updated frequently on where he’d been and what he’d found. It was outstanding, highly transparent service, and Devin got me on the road within 24 hours of my original call, helping me get home to San Diego and out of the extreme heat. He also only charged me $204 for this incredible job. I can’t thank Devin enough! Serious savior of the 111.

luke eastman i tried this place because i was told they work on high end cars. top notch for a new shop. the mechanic and office lady are awesome.I went if for a scheduled maintenance and i feel like the quality of work and professionalism is as good if not better than the dealership I usually go for service. I highly recommend this place. definitely my new go to place

Esteban Ibarra Josue arrived on time and is very knowledgeable. I replaced my brake master cylinder, but not the brake booster. He advised me to replace both because he saw that the booster was also bad. After I replaced both, he performed an ABS brake bleed procedure with his scan tool and boom, the brakes were perfect, with no warning lights on the dash! I was stuck without knowing what to do. He definitely got me out of a pickle. He charged me a very fair and reasonable price. Im glad he helped me out and I will certainly call him again next time. I will also recommend him to all of my friends and family.
