Even though Im not a local customer, he still took the time to help me out and walked me through fixing my spark plugs. He was patient, kind, and never made me feel bad about having an older car (which is rare in my city). I paid a small fee for his time, and it was 100% worth it since it solved my issue right away. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I had some dashboard issues, and the dealer wanted to charge me $500 just to remove a seat to even diagnose the problem. Steve was incredibly honest — he could’ve charged me an arm and a leg like the dealer, but he didn’t. He found the issue quickly, was upfront about everything, and saved me so much money. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with your car these days, but I’m so glad I found Bavarian Auto House. Now I refer all my friends and family to him. I won’t take my cars anywhere else!
