5 /5 Jessica Ordaz: 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! My tire had a flat and my boyfriend and I went in assuming we would need to purchase a whole new tire. We even mentioned that and instead of charging us for one they were fully upfront and honest about us only needing a patch, got it done so quickly and charged us only $50 for a permanent patch. Great friendly vibes, would 100% come back again!

Randy and his team turned what was one of the most stressful situations into a very pleasant experience and I am eternally grateful! I wish I could give them 6 stars! Update: car broke down again (additional fault, nothing to do with the previous repair done by Bay brakes) I towed it back to Bay Brakes and Randy had it back up and running within a day. Truly unbelievable service! I wish I was staying in the area longer so I could be a lifelong customer! Update: I took my truck in after my previous excellent experience, third time to the shop and still wishing I could give them 6 stars!

5 /5 Emily Bowers: I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and had a great experience every time. The first time my car had to be towed here and it was seamless, they communicated throughout and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. They’ve never tried to upsell me and always been honest about any issues and what can wait or what shouldn’t. They have a nice waiting area with a bathroom and it’s always super clean inside.

5 /5 Mark Ackermann: I took my vehicle in for an oil change and brake check today. The shop was clean and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up needing new brakes and they got everything done in about 90 minutes on a Friday afternoon and for a very reasonable price. I’ll be happy to take my Jeep back to them in the future.
