5 /5 Harrison: Car broke down while on vacation in Long Beach. Alternator went out. Tony, at the front desk had us fixed and on our way within a few hours, and was very nice to us and our daughter. Very friendly and I suspect they went out of their way to get us going fast since we were from out of town and were on our way out. Didn’t try to over charge us for any sort of diagnostics since we already knew what was wrong with the car. Even had a tow truck to us within 20 minutes. These are all things you appreciate while on vacation with a baby. Even pointed us in the right direction of things to do within walking distance while we waited.
