5 /5 Allen Dimick: Had an issue with my car cranking but not starting. To make this a harder diagnosis, it would happen maybe about 1 time out of 30 starts, enough to leave you stranded at the wrong time but not enough to make for an easy diagnosis. They was able to track it down to a security code due to cloned keys. I never in a million years would have guessed that. Awesome job!

5 /5 Rick Herrera: I recently took my Chevy Impala to get service here for a TCM communication problem. Oz was straight forward and honest. He let me know everything he was going to do trouble shoot it. He cleaned up everything and drove the car and seemed to be okay. Had me pick it up told me everything, but also said if the light goes on again then we will have to replace the TCM. My luck the light goes on again and I take it back to them. Oz and his team kept communicating with me and I appreciate it. I understand at the time he was short staff but made every effort to take care of my car. I did not mind the time as long as they kept communicating. If they take awhile it probably because parts. It might supply issues or as in my case defective or wrong parts. They are OEM parts for my situation and where they were getting the part from I understood completely. I myself had issues with that same place for my Impala. I am happy with the results and would bring my car back if needed. I highly recommend especially if you do not know anyone and need someone to fix your car this is the place. Everything is expensive now and I know most people hate spending the money not knowing if you are being taken advantage of or not. From my experience, you can trust this place. Again I recommend Ozzie and his team to get your car running again.

I worked mainly with Juan, he was awesome at communicating my vehicles problems so that I understood them. Highly recommend Berea, won’t take my Tahoe anywhere else!
