5 /5 Katie: Always come here for my oil changes and smog checks because they’re quick, well-priced, and friendly. Love that they offer drinks and doughnuts while you wait! Went in for an oil change this week, and Justin showed me some other areas of concern. Showed me what was concerning under my car, explained what needed to be done and why, answered all my questions, and gave me a great price! Needed new tired and ball joints. Service was done very quickly! Highly recommend! Justin is AWESOME!

5 /5 Cynthia Nicolis: Big Apple Auto did an excellent job on repairing my smog check so that I was able to obtain my up-to-date car tags from the AAA Car Club. They also did a complete car check to let me know what repairs were needed and the estimated cost. I will continue getting these repairs until completed because they did an excellent job on my smog check repair. The workers are very professional, helpful as well as nice. The inside waiting area was clean, comfortable with snacks and a friendly atmosphere. Also, the bathroom was nice and clean. This was one of the best auto repair places Ive been to and will continue coming here to The Big Apple Auto in Victorville, California for all my car repairs. Club. They also completed a check on my car so I could know what all the things that needed repair. And the estimated cost. I will definitely continue going to them for my tepsirs
