D L I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to write one because of my great experience here! (This experience was from a couple months ago but now just getting time to write review) First, my car (i have an old white prius) broke down in the middle of the street so I called towing and this guy named Jay came within 10 mins. He was extremely helpful and nice. He also told me that I should take my car to Tracy Auto Repair (its sister company to the towing company) instead of another one (like Toyota) because itd be more reasonable priced and the work would be better. I was a bit hesitant because maybe he was just trying to sell. Also I couldnt find much reviews for tracy auto repair. But I didnt have much options so decided to trust him and Im so glad I did! It turned out I needed to replace my head gasket. They quoted me for 1600 which based on my quick google search was reasonable. Anyways, came back to pick up car and the car is now working well! Also I asked my other friends since who r more knowledgeable and they said the work and price was great...just like they said it would be! Also, everyone at the shop was friendly and transparent. Ill definitely be coming back here later if I have problems!

My car’s brakes suddenly failed late in the day, and despite it being near closing time, they didn’t hesitate to take me in. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and professionalism. They kept my car for close to three days to make sure everything was handled properly, and throughout that time, I was kept fully informed. Every step of the repair was explained to me in detail so I always knew exactly what was going on and why. They took the time to make sure I understood the situation, which really helped ease my stress especially as a young adult dealing with an unexpected emergency. What really stood out was how they worked with me financially. They were incredibly understanding of my situation and genuinely wanted to help not just fix a car, but support someone who needed it. D. Horton Originally took my Van in to get a diagnose on my A/C issue I was having. I’ll say this, their diagnosis was very detailed and included multiple photos. Which leads me to believe this is a solid group of guys. I also took my wife’s car in for brakes and rotor’s to be removed and replaced and was satisfied with the outcome. If there ever comes a point where they wrench on diesel engines they’ll be my first stop.

Joel Valencia This guys did a outstanding job with the installation of a lifting kit for my truck, I has a Toyota 4runner the guys installed a 3 inch lift kid (fox 2.5 shocks and coilovers + JBA upper control arms) and leveling the truck, the 4runner looks awesome and thanks to the guys for the great service, Patrick is very helpful when it comes to mechanical advice and he also provides a great customer service, everybody on the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Nv P I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️
