Brakes Tires and More has been our go-to shop for years for all our vehicles and even my brothers. Most recently, they did an oil change for us, but over the years theyve handled everything with the same level of care and professionalism.
They are always punctual, helpful, friendly, and respectful. Whether youre calling or walking in, they’re cordial and easy to talk to something we never experienced with past mechanics, where we felt like just a number and a dollar sign. Since finding Brakes Tires and More, we’ve never gone anywhere else.
What stands out is their consistency. Whether its a scheduled appointment or a walk-in, the service is ready when they say it will be. I remember once, years ago, while waiting in their lobby, a family came in with car trouble while in the middle of moving out of state and their vehicle packed to the roof. The team listened to them, treated them with kindness, and got them back on the road. Watching that happen told me we were in the right place.
They even send helpful reminders when it’s time for service, which keeps us on track. We truly trust them and highly recommend their team!
