D These folks are great. They are genuine car enthusiasts so your pride and joy is in good hands. They are extremely knowledgeable and dont mind taking the time to explain everything in fine detail, even going as far as letting you know which issues are urgent and which ones can wait awhile. The pricing is surprisingly fair and reasonable, in fact i paid less than what i was quoted for the work that i had done. I highly recommend this place if you care about your car and want someone who cares just as much to work on it.

Kristin F Auto Experts in San Luis Obispo is the real deal. I’ve been going there for over a decade, and Anthony and his team have always taken great care of me. They’re cost-conscious, take pride in their work, and consistently go above and beyond. My family and several friends now take their cars here because of how honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced they are. Theyre especially great for smog checks and quick repairs. I’ve referred two friends who needed quotes on repairs, and both ended up choosing Auto Experts and were really happy with the experience. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve often felt like I had “sucker” written on my forehead at other shops—but not here. Even my father, who’s a tough critic when it comes to auto repair shops, loves this place. Fast turnaround, solid service, and honest mechanics—an incredible rarity these days. Highly recommended.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and honest in every interaction I had with them. They got me scheduled right away, provided me with a detailed quote of expected costs prior to my appointment, and returned my calls to answer my questions in a super timely manner. They have fantastic business etiquette and provide excellent and reliable services. I will certainly be returning to Reeves in the future and highly recommend them!

Rachel Splitgerber First of all, I have tried out 3 different mechanics before finally finding Complete Automotive, I had almost given up hope that I could find a credible and honest mechanic in SLO. The very first time I came in was for the same issue I had visited all other mechanics for and the experience was outstanding! They listened to everything I had to say, took it for a test drive with me to identify the problem, and were extremely thorough in checking my car for problems. At the end of the day they were able to explain everything that was wrong in full detail so I was able to understand the problem and understand all of my options moving forward. Whereas other mechanics pointed out one issue at a time, at Complete, they gave me the whole picture. They were very conscious of my budget and my time, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!! Even now, with a different, more reliable vehicle, I still take it to them for all of my maintenance needs. The photo attached is of my boyfriend’s car when he had to get it towed unexpectedly in the middle of the night, the very next day they were able to get it in, and had the whole process from identifying the issue to replacing the parts completed within just a few days!

Daniel Lewis I bought 2 brand new trucks for my business and rely on them everyday. Unfortunately an employee had a mishap and bent some parts under the truck. We didnt know what was wrong but Leo jumped right on it. Took pictures, let us know what needed to be done and gave us a very reasonable price. We needed it back and it took less than a day. My next work truck will be a Nissan. Great truck, and that kind of service is difficult to find now and days. Thanks Leo, and thanks Nissan! See you soon.

Sabrina U Colter was super nice and personable! First time coming in! I was in and out in 45 min with an oil change, and even tightened my lug nuts to save me a trip to Costco! Informed me everything looked good and will prob be looking at purchasing a new battery in a few mths! Price of labor was more than fair, oil prices went up but I am super impressed with my service and happy with not getting ripped off! Thank you Colter! You’re the man!

Mo Olguin Love this Jiffy Lube. Everyone is so friendly and its the only auto shop Ive seen that employs women, so thats cool. They are clear about what your car might benefit from without being pushy about it. I also love the location. I usually have the perfect amount of tine to drop off my car, walk to Breadbike l, drink a cappuccino and read a book for a bit and then walk back to pick up.
