Sandra Luna If you have a hybrid or an electric car and you need service, go here! Mesh was the best! Not only was he polite and responsive but he explained what he did and he was sooooo diligent! My car had rats living under the hood so we didn’t know what the problem was but he figured it out and when he repaired it, he tested it three or more times before he gave it back to me. Wow. This is what I call service.

Becky Bebe I had a major service maintenance done on my 2015 Toyota Corolla... Darlene and her team at Automotive Excellence did a great job as usual. They provided me with a loaner car and had my car ready to go within 5 hours and at a very reasonable price... I have been going to Automotive Excellence for at least 7 years and have always been very happy with their service. As a woman , I feel comfortable at their business and have always been treated very kindly by the owner and knowledgeable staff. I had an experience last year where my car would not start up when I was at a gas pump after pumping gas. Called Darlene who talked me through the high stress moment. I was able to get my car to their garage and they gave me a loaner car until my car was ready. They are great I highly recommend trusting your vehicle with them.

Steven A Martin Sr. Merv is a great guy and knows what he is doing. This is the first time I have needed radiator service since I moved to Sonoma County in 2005. Everyone I have talked to recommend Mervs. Glad he is still around.

They make a situation that is normally a thorn in your side, painless, and they make you feel like a trusted friend while doing it. I missed them after selling my old trusty Subaru, and was reminded of how great they are today after bringing in my son’s first car for a 60k mile service. R H Got me in early! Swapped out my old battery, Change my oil. Rotated my tires,filled my windshield fluid, and check my tire pressure. I was just in there for 2 services but Erik and Octavio went above and beyond! Plus they got a cool barbershop in their building! Going to have to give them a shot as well!

AJ Awhile back had a bumper indentation to be corrected - received a few quotes but Arnold, the outgoing friendly manager, was the only one who agreed with me that the repair could be accomplished by pulling out the indentions - the result was most satisfying - the cost was far less than what other auto body shops quoted / Just came back from a second visit for a different repair - this time one of his staff, Andres, was very patient and creative resulting in a great job - again the cost was very reasonable / While there noticed they also seem to do beautiful work from everyday commuter cars to prize show autos on showcase car as well - they take on all situations - if need be I will not hesitate to go back for a third time !
