2 /5 Nabil Mousa: i called to get an estimate on a repair that has already been diagnosed by another mechanic shop that gave me a very high estimate. the car has to be towed to that shop. when I called Cal Oaks they would not give me the repair estimate without having the car at their shop. I find that unprofessional. I owned a mechanic shop prior to this and we always gave an estimate to the clients and noted that it could change once we did the inspection in shop. that is how an honest professional company does business.

Dimitri is by far the most honest, reasonable, and professional mechanic in Murrieta, hands down! I live in Rancho Cucamonga and was out on a service call in San Diego when my service van died on me. Realizing that I had no other alternative than to either tow it or take it to a local mechanic, I took a leap of faith and pushed my service vehicle to the nearest gas station around. That 76 gas station had an auto shop named Cal Oaks Auto Repair. Not only did they repair my vehicle, but Dimitri and co. helped me out with a very reasonable price. Im willing to drive out 45 miles from Rancho Cucamonga to Murrieta just to get my vehicles serviced. Thats how great Cal Oaks Auto Repair is!!!! Thank you guys!
