5 /5 Max Power: I searched all of Redding trying to find a shop that would align an autocross & hpde daily MINI with camber plates. All of the big box stores wouldnt touch the plates. I found 3 local shops. One was booked months out, the other does such a high volume of referral alignments, my car was rushed out, and not at the final spec I wanted. (But within range). Carys does a great job. My current car doesnt have camber plates, so I *could* go to a big box store, but Im more than happy to leave my car with someone thatll take the time to do it right.

5 /5 Amber Yearton: I very rarely get this kind of great service. There is a lot of good, but at, Cary’s it is great! First, everything that needs to be done is explained (if needed). Second, they work with you on scheduling and what you can afford to get done (prioritizing). Third, the work is top notch, not your duct tape and super glue repairs. Last but not least, there is always a smile and thank you.

5 /5 Cindy Cowell: Been going to Mike’s for about 15 years and never had a problem with his service. He’s an excellent, honest, old-school business owner. And ladies, you can feel confident knowing you will be treated with respect, and an explanation of what is going on with your vehicle. He might even reach for a paper and pencil to draw a diagram of the problem, lol! Instead of trying to rip you off, he’ll try to find the least expensive way to do the best job. Lastly, he likes cats, so there’s that. :)

5 /5 A Gambino: Mike was very good at listening to what we needed for our daughters car. She was going to college and we wanted to make sure everything on her car was correctly addressed before she headed out into the world. Everything was perfect and she hasn’t had a single problem with anything Cary’s fixed. As a parent getting my youngest daughter ready to leave home I couldn’t ask for a better, more reputable place to have her car serviced.

5 /5 Heather Bockrath: Mike and his crew have always treated me right. Very knowledgeable about our area and what tires you should have. I also sent my mother there for a diagnostic of a cooling system issue. She paid 1/2 what another shop was going to charge and was treated respectfully about what was and wasn’t required for the problem.
