From the moment I arrived, the service advisor TC and technician Jorge delivered a level of care, precision, and communication that went above and beyond expectations. The service covered a wide scope—from critical repairs like coolant flange replacement and oil leak cleanup to precision-focused maintenance like brake service, wheel bearing replacement, and a full 4-wheel alignment. Every step was methodically handled, and the attention to detail was crystal clear—right down to the retorque notices and tire DOT documentation. What impressed me most was the transparency and professionalism. The breakdown of labor, parts, and even tire disposal fees was well-explained and fair. The road tests, quality checks, and even the courtesy inspection after the oil change showed a commitment to safety and performance, not just checking boxes. This wasn’t just a repair visit—it felt like a restoration of trust in auto service. The Range Rover now drives like a dream, and I have complete confidence that no shortcuts were taken. And We got what we always dreamt of; friendliest ever service advisor I met (Robert Mercado), quickest service and delivery (it only took 24 hrs to diagnose, install parts and professionally serviced;whilst if I brought it to mini service, it might take a week or more!). And their professional service/repair fees are reasonable/affordable too, which could really make you give them a score of 10 stars if the google review can up it! I would always be welcomed by some unfriendly, stressed out guy who was trying to sell me some optional services that I did not think I needed. Cerrone is the very opposite. They actually listen when I have a concern. They point out recommended services but do not push for them. The service is fast and their paperwork is super efficient - they send a clear comprehensive inspection email before they start. Best of all they are super nice and friendly!
