5 /5 Craig Bailey: I was very pleased with the person at the front desk. He listened to what I needed done and assured me the technician would follow up with my requests. Once I arrived to pick up the car the person at the front desk reviewed with me what was completed. I had my front end aligned and so far have been very pleased with the work. I will recommend them to my family members and friends!

4 /5 Joe Watkins: I took my 2022 Fiat 500 to them to investigate a cylinder 1 misfire code. They did a very thorough diagnostic and found that I had fixed the issue by replacing the plug and coil. Unfortunately the plug was of the wrong type and needed to be replaced. I played them to do the whole set. They found significant carbon buildup in the intake that I played to be removed. They replaced the air filter as well I received a detailed report of findings and actions taken. The only issue I had was that the plugs were billed just shy of $40 a piece. I find that excessive. Quite pleased with all else.

5 /5 Linda Mason: Had the auto headlights buffed and sanded. They came out looking like new. I was assured by staff that UV coat was applied to make these last longer. Was told that there was a 2 yr warranty on them and should last longer. Everything looks good and am hoping for many more years before new buffing or purchase of new headlights. Staff was great and I waited for my order in the office.

5 /5 Joshua Williams: I took my vehicle in with an electrical issue. They diagnosed it, came up with a plan and called me to get permition before proceeding. I gave permission and after fixing what they found was wrong I picked up my vehicle and off I went. 2 days later I was not able to start my vehicle nor keep it running without a jump box attached. I called Circle M and had my vehicle towed in. They honored their warranty on the parts found the bigger problem and fixed it. Anyone who has ever worked with electrical problems knows how much of a hassle it can be. I greatly appreciate the team here and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Circle M for any of your vehicle problems. Thank you for taking care of my Vehicle.

Even tho this last visit was for a relatively minor repair, they gave me an appointment for the next morning & made the repair in a timely manner.
