It can be difficult in that industry to deliver the wide spectrum of not only automotive requirements but the customers vision and bring it all together for total satisfaction. Peoples vehicles can mean tons to them and the quality of work they expect but can’t/won’t do themselves can be impossible to achieve. Know it’s in Andy’s best interest to do the best he can.
I didn’t have him do any machine work on an engine but press work for some after market lca bushings, knuckle balljoints, hub studs and bearings, and to trim my brake shields for a custom set up. He was more than accommodating and even took the time to coat my parts in fresh black paint. Didn’t even ask. Def future business for me. Also his hourly rate was a bit cheaper than others I have quoted and the turn around time dispute their workload was surprisingly quick.
