Karanveer Deol Had a negative experience working with the first service advisor they assigned me. Luckily, I was then assigned Matthew and highly recommend working with him. Sarah Spears Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

David Allon The people at Fairfield Automotive are the best. I recently had a rattle in the front right suspension of my car. After putting the car on a lift, Dave, one of the owners, called to say that his brother, his partner and chief mechanic, determined that a part they had installed last year had failed, and they would be able to replace the part under warranty and would replace the one on the opposite side at no charge as well. Amazing service. Honest, highly competent, and focused solely on customer care. Highly recommended.

BK Tulabut Efficient, easy, and knowledgeable! I was referred to Victors shop from OReilly Auto Parts in Suisun and I was pleased with the referral. Victor answered my call right away and was able to see my car the next day. I was initially told from OReilly that I needed a part replaced, but when Victor looked at the car he noticed that all it needed was an oil change, and explained to me why - which I appreciated. He told me it would take 20 minutes to change the oil. Id left to go get a coffee at a nearby café and the car was ready and waiting upon my return. So far, the car is running smoother -- will update if anything changes. Thanks Victor!

Cesar Pantoja Ive been going to Jeff for over 4 years now and have been extremely satisfied with his work! I recently had a repair done that lead me to get a whole new engine. Jeff was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process and kept me updated throughout the whole time that my car was at his shop. Hes been the only shop lve ever taken my car to and has always done great work and been very helpful! ve had many many jobs done on my car by Jeff, my biggest jobs being a full suspension job and now this month a whole new engine which Ive been enjoying and has been great since Ive got it back!
