5 /5 Rachel Splitgerber: First of all, I have tried out 3 different mechanics before finally finding Complete Automotive, I had almost given up hope that I could find a credible and honest mechanic in SLO. The very first time I came in was for the same issue I had visited all other mechanics for and the experience was outstanding! They listened to everything I had to say, took it for a test drive with me to identify the problem, and were extremely thorough in checking my car for problems. At the end of the day they were able to explain everything that was wrong in full detail so I was able to understand the problem and understand all of my options moving forward. Whereas other mechanics pointed out one issue at a time, at Complete, they gave me the whole picture. They were very conscious of my budget and my time, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!! Even now, with a different, more reliable vehicle, I still take it to them for all of my maintenance needs. The photo attached is of my boyfriend’s car when he had to get it towed unexpectedly in the middle of the night, the very next day they were able to get it in, and had the whole process from identifying the issue to replacing the parts completed within just a few days!

The caring, thoughtful attitude of Brian and all of his staff shows in the whole way this business shines, from customer service, to final delivery, and everything in between. The process was well presented and thoroughly explained. No surprises; just professionalism from start to finish. I trust them implicitly, and you’ll do yourself a favor if you do as well. I can’t say enough about them.

5 /5 Lori Gorzynski: My son is a student at Cal Poly. He needed his car serviced asap. I researched mechanics and called up Complete Automotive SLO and spoke with Z. She assured me her mechanics were all certified because it is important for our car’s warranty to still be effective. She sent me a quote by the end of the day which explained everything with the cost included which I could accept or reject. They were able to work on my son’s vehicle two days later which worked with his schedule. My son was very happy with their professionalism, courtesy, turn around time and quality of work. This was his first experience with having to be responsible for caring for his car and Complete Automotive left a positive impression on him. I was pleased with their up to date communication, follow up and how easy it was to work with them. My son and I definitely recommend Complete Automotive and we’ll definitely use them again in the future.
