5 /5 Bob Drummond: I rarely post reviews, but service like this needs to be praised. Based on the positive reviews, I brought my almost four year old car in with a deep, two-foot long dent in the lower front door and rocker panel as well as a lighter, but long vertical dent in the middle of the door. Scott looked at the damage and gave me a printed estimate. The price seemed fair, so I decided to proceed with the work, which involved pulling out the bigger dents, filling in the smaller ones, straightening, filling, sanding and painting the area as well as replacing a couple of trim parts. When my car was ready (in a very timely manner!), I went to pick it up, fully expecting to pay more than the estimate, because "we found this and had to do that" - the usual treatment at auto shops. But I was surprised that the cost was exactly the amount estimated. And what really blew me away: the car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Absolutely no trace of the former damage, no matter which angle I viewed the car at. The painted areas look exactly the same as the rest of the car, no variations in the color, no bumps, dings or wavy surfaces that would give the repair away. The door looks brand new. These guys know their trade.
There are a couple of other things which I wont mention here because I dont expect them to be able to do the same for everyone, but suffice it to say that Scott and Conejo Valley Auto Center really went above and beyond to deliver a first-class repair job. Friendly, helpful staff, fair and accurate pricing, professional and immaculate work. Great job! I highly recommend this family-owned business.
