5 /5 Wendy Torp: I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Valley Auto Center. After my car was damaged in an accident, they took care of everything with such professionalism and genuine care. What really stood out was how they kept me updated throughout the entire process—without me even having to ask. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel immediately at ease. And I have to mention Cooper, the shop dog—he’s the sweetest! His presence was such a comforting and unexpected touch during a tough time. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work, constant communication, and heartfelt care. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Tamara McLean: Everyone at Conejo Valley Auto Center is the absolute best! They explain everything right up front and help you all the way through the process. They do great work! My excursion needed the hood and roof repainted and they did a great job making my favorite vehicle look great again! My daughter also brought her car in for damage due to mice. They fully cleaned it out and restored her car back to its original condition. I will always bring my vehicles to Conejo Valley Auto Center its so valuable to have someone you can TRUST!

5 /5 Bob Drummond: I rarely post reviews, but service like this needs to be praised. Based on the positive reviews, I brought my almost four year old car in with a deep, two-foot long dent in the lower front door and rocker panel as well as a lighter, but long vertical dent in the middle of the door. Scott looked at the damage and gave me a printed estimate. The price seemed fair, so I decided to proceed with the work, which involved pulling out the bigger dents, filling in the smaller ones, straightening, filling, sanding and painting the area as well as replacing a couple of trim parts. When my car was ready (in a very timely manner!), I went to pick it up, fully expecting to pay more than the estimate, because "we found this and had to do that" - the usual treatment at auto shops. But I was surprised that the cost was exactly the amount estimated. And what really blew me away: the car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Absolutely no trace of the former damage, no matter which angle I viewed the car at. The painted areas look exactly the same as the rest of the car, no variations in the color, no bumps, dings or wavy surfaces that would give the repair away. The door looks brand new. These guys know their trade. There are a couple of other things which I wont mention here because I dont expect them to be able to do the same for everyone, but suffice it to say that Scott and Conejo Valley Auto Center really went above and beyond to deliver a first-class repair job. Friendly, helpful staff, fair and accurate pricing, professional and immaculate work. Great job! I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Not only did Conejo Valley Auto Center do an incredible job, my car looks better than when I bought it. Their professionalism and ability to make the process simple and timely manner was way beyond what I would expect from a body shop. 5 /5 praderanoire: I took my Mustang to this incredible body shop to get a dent and paint chipping repaired in a reasonably tricky spot on the roof. Immediately when I arrived at the shop for an appraisal, John was there to meet me right on time with a high level of professionalism and hospitality. After looking over my car, he explained every step that they would need to take to correct the damage and answered all my questions that I could come up with. They told me it would take about nine business days to fix the car. Only seven business days later (2 whole days ahead of schedule), I got a call that the professionals at the shop were finishing up the polishing of the paint and that it was ready to pick up. I was shocked that it was done early, as I know that autobody work can be tedious and unpredictable. When I went to grab my car from them, John was there again with a smile to walk me through the necessary paperwork and answer any more questions I could think of. You would never be able to tell that there was damage to the car, as they did a beyond-amazing job cutting, refinishing, and blending the paintwork, and the dent was gone entirely. They even fixed some of the panel gap issues that Mustangs can be known for when they reassembled the rear bumper. (Now thats what I call above-and-beyond attention to detail). I had my car repaired through SilverRock insurance since I bought my car through Carvana, and Conejo Valley Auto Center made the entire process painless and reassuring. I will only be taking my business to this location from this point forward since this was the best experience I have ever had getting car work done by professionals--11/10 service and quality.
