chief keef I went to get an alignment done knowing I had suspension issues and the mechanic Jose ran a quick diagnostic when I explained what the car does he was transparent and knew exactly what the issue was with my truck went and got the parts I thought I was gonna need to change a lot of suspension parts . Went and got the parts (trailing arm ) and fixed my issues now I’m back on the streets with working truck. Very knowledgeable and transparent they got another happy customer . Thank you I would highly recommend this auto shop and very trust worthy.

Sarah Smith This is the best auto shop around! I always go here for smog checks and they can get me in and out quickly. Last time I needed new windshield wiper blades for my Mini Cooper and they replaced them on the spot with no labor charge. These guys are super nice and helpful…highly recommend!

Susan and Mary Phelps I cant say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Carl at B & D Automotive Center. I was visiting the Bay Area from my home in Nevada and prior to driving over the Sierras I noticed a problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon. I searched auto repair on the BBB website, and there were many great reviews for B&D so I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told to "come on down" and Carl had the mechanic stop what he was working on to repair my car. I was on my way in less than an hour. Awesome service! Thank you so much, Carl.

But Rafael’s expert inspection revealed I only needed a new tire and an arm replacement – saving me time and money. Despite a packed schedule, he fit me in and went above and beyond to get my car ready quickly. He also addressed a few minor issues on the spot, adding a level of thoroughness and attention to detail that’s rare to find.
