Meghan Hall Such a great automotive repair shop! I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years to have my vehicles smog done and repairs. The shop is run by a husband and wife, they have always taken care of my vehicles, they are an exceptional team. I’m happy to support small business and I always refer my friends and family to this particular shop. I’ve never had an issue with the work performed on my vehicles and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them in the future! I highly recommend this business!!!

David Allon The people at Fairfield Automotive are the best. I recently had a rattle in the front right suspension of my car. After putting the car on a lift, Dave, one of the owners, called to say that his brother, his partner and chief mechanic, determined that a part they had installed last year had failed, and they would be able to replace the part under warranty and would replace the one on the opposite side at no charge as well. Amazing service. Honest, highly competent, and focused solely on customer care. Highly recommended.

Kelly Ryan Ryans does fantastic work and they are very honest. I also appreciate how friendly and helpful they are. Rachel does a fantastic job running the office and talking to the customers. I have been going here for many years and my father also took his cars here and now my son takes his car here also. Ryans is awesome!

Monica N Had a mobile service company (online scammers) make a new key to my Honda Pilot ignition only for them to completely break the nonfunctional key inside it destroying the housing. Long story short, estimates from all around the area were pricing the fix at $1400+. Bill fixed everything and even sourced the rekeying out to a local locksmith and it all came up to $700. He was a Godsend in a very stressful time.

Sarah Spears Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

Susan Rodriguez I just want to start off by saying I will never go to another Mechanic again! Abdul is wonderful! My husbands vehicle had broken down a little over a month ago, he is normally pretty good and has always fixed it on his own. However this time he did everything he possibly could and the car would turn over but not start. We walked into East Bay Auto, very clean! He was on the phone at first then promptly asked how he could help. My husband told him the situation, and Abdul told him he was trying to leave by noon today but to have the car towed there within the hour and he would work on it for him. We did, we left the car and received a phone call with in the hour. He stated the problem and asked if we wanted him to repair the problem. I responded yes right away, and then he said "come by in 15 min. and it will be ready for you". We went back to the garage and the car was purring! We were so happy it was not as bad as we thought. He then told us he was going to his grandsons birthday party as was why he is leaving early, but he wanted to try and help us out. I truly had lost all faith in customer service and Mechanics, but Abdul has changed this for me. He is an honest, hardworking and fair priced Mechanic. you cannot ask for anything more! Thank you Abdul and East Bay Auto for your AWESOME customer service. I will recommend you to everyone!
