1 /5 John Ditchen: This is a abnormal situation, I didnt get any work done there. Just wanted to note that first. What did happen was I had a new windshield installed. The installer damaged my paint with a none automotive body tape to hold my windshield in place looked like blue duct tape. It rained that night and dried the next day. When I got off work pulled the tape off it took my high gloss clear coat off with it damaging my pearlescent paint. I called the glass company. He says no problem i will fix it. Take it to my friend at this bodyshop and hell fix it for you. Me and him exchange work all the time this wont be a problem. Instead the guy hands me a estimate. I call the glass company. No answer ignoring my calls for weeks. I call the bodyshop ask if hes heard anything. He says no and also lets me know he doesnt work on vehicles 20 years old like mine is. Then why give me a estimate of repairs. Oh you can take that anywhere and theyll do it for that price. So in the meantime the glass company owner finally returned my call after countless messages and gives me a run around says my paints old thats why the paint came off and hes only willing to pay for half the cost. Look my truck is 20yrs old. My paint is less than 10yrs old. I keep my vehicles fresh for business and shows. This on the other hand is a scam to put a client out of being able to get his truck fixed and this bodyshop wasted no time to help his friend out of a situation and leave me for holding the bill. Im a business owner too. Except I take care of my customers fully and dont make them suffer. This is the way to having a good business and client relationships on a professional level that is rewarding for everyone. This bodyshop isnt about that life. Theyre not there for the customer.

2 /5 UCV V: We trusted you because the service manager and staff were very nice. But they failed to focus on certain factors, which disappointed us. And certain invoicing claims were not processed into accounts that were either impossible at all or untouched. When we went to inspect the car, and most importantly the certain functions didnt work properly. So we spent twice as much money to solve the problem. Well, you should know what we are talking about. I do not have to be listed in this review. Mistakes can occur at any shop but you failed us with a lack of knowledge and dishonesty. So I would say to you this be honest and cautious whether you replace or install something not original, and make sure that someone more knowledgeable inspects the car before released to the customers. Because customers never forget when they found big and small issues. That way, you can get genuine reviews from the customers. Honestly, you were very nice, but the outcome tells a lot about your work though. Id rather have someone professional in their field than just talk nicer!

They took me in the next day for the repairs for my minor accident and made my car like brand new again. Thank you Lenny and “Dustin the general manger” for taking care of my amazing 25 civic si. Great customer service and communication. Super nice and honest prices on high-quality professional work. I would highly l recommended this shop for newer Hondas and Acuras. 10/10 would come here again.
