4 /5 Cristi boat: Had a great experience with this place, not sure how they do it but my car looks like I was never in a wreck! I was told that Aaron was the tech guy who did the repair work. I’m super impressed. They had to order a part that was taking a bit longer to receive, so they did communicate that to me. That was in no way the company’s fault but as soon as possible my car was fixed and good as new, and nice and clean as well. I’ve read other reviews and I didn’t have any of those issues with my experience. Ive been in customer service for over 30 years and you just can’t make some people happy no matter what. I will and do recommend placerville crash champions to my family and friends. Extra props to the guys in the shop (especially Aaron) who ACTUALLY DO in my opinion the hardest job ever! Communication is key, so thank you for my beautiful car back!

5 /5 Jamin Burwell: Crash Champions goes above and beyond! Great communication and follow through and delivered right on schedule. Was involved in a minor fender bender and needed some insurance work on the front passenger corner. While there for the initial walkthrough I had asked about a quote to address some unrelated to the insurance work paint issues on the front bumper, and got a quote to paint the front bumper out of the insurance work from my own pocket. While crash champions had my truck they called to confirm if I wanted to address the out of insurance contract work and I had to decline because of unforeseen circumstances. When I came to pick up my truck the insurance work looked amazing! I got home and started to look it over to realize they had addressed the work I had inquired about while there initially repainting and repairing my entire front bumper. Now my truck looks brand new and they did this without charging me. It was an amazing welcome surprise and I just can’t say enough about these guys. It was a pleasure to work with crash champions. Take your vehicle here!!!
