Monica N Had a mobile service company (online scammers) make a new key to my Honda Pilot ignition only for them to completely break the nonfunctional key inside it destroying the housing. Long story short, estimates from all around the area were pricing the fix at $1400+. Bill fixed everything and even sourced the rekeying out to a local locksmith and it all came up to $700. He was a Godsend in a very stressful time.

James Green Great experience! I had my vehicle towed on a Saturday and it was back in my possession the following Tuesday! Well, technically Wednesday, but thats because I couldnt pick the vehicle up Tuesday when they called me and let me know it was ready. They conducted a diagnostic test and determined the fuel pump needed replacing. Fairly decent pricing, the diagnostic test was actually the cheapest I found compared to any other places I researched and the tow truck driver gave me a coupon booklet. They also did an oil change for me as well, again decent pricing compares to a lot of other businesses! Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you AAA Fairfield Auto Repair!

Odell Toliver I have a 2013 Class A Motorhome. I was in Oregon when the AC stop blowing cool air. I found Cool Auto on line and found they were in my hometown of Fairfield. I called them and got an appointment in two days, when I got back home. They called me on the appointed date to confirm their arrival. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were knowleable and very courteous . I was impressed with their professionalism! They completed the repair, had me check the output of the AC. It worked perfectly. They gave me a fair price and I signed up for yearly maintenance for my AC system. I would highly recommend Cool Auto to for anyone needing service for their vehicle.

Susan Rodriguez I just want to start off by saying I will never go to another Mechanic again! Abdul is wonderful! My husbands vehicle had broken down a little over a month ago, he is normally pretty good and has always fixed it on his own. However this time he did everything he possibly could and the car would turn over but not start. We walked into East Bay Auto, very clean! He was on the phone at first then promptly asked how he could help. My husband told him the situation, and Abdul told him he was trying to leave by noon today but to have the car towed there within the hour and he would work on it for him. We did, we left the car and received a phone call with in the hour. He stated the problem and asked if we wanted him to repair the problem. I responded yes right away, and then he said "come by in 15 min. and it will be ready for you". We went back to the garage and the car was purring! We were so happy it was not as bad as we thought. He then told us he was going to his grandsons birthday party as was why he is leaving early, but he wanted to try and help us out. I truly had lost all faith in customer service and Mechanics, but Abdul has changed this for me. He is an honest, hardworking and fair priced Mechanic. you cannot ask for anything more! Elias Munguia Very knowledgeable and professional. After calling almost all the mechanics in the city and even in Vacaville, most of them told me they would call me back with a quote for a specific job I was looking to get. Turns out none of them ever called me back and this is not the first time. Don helped me evaluate the problem over the phone and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job that I had requested on that same phone call unlike the other mechanics in the city. Once I dropped the car off, Don was able to diagnose my problem within an hour of me dropping it off after I had left. He called me and notified me that the problem was actually not what another mechanic had told me it was and told me what it actually was. Turns out my car was too far gone and needed a new engine. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis and even towed the car back to my place with his towing services at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him and will be coming back to have work done on my cars in the future when needed.
