Jack Space Maurice Tanios and everyone here is Super Friendly and Fast - fixed in 10-15mins! I was very Lucky to get a Flat-Tire near this place! I pulled up with Flat thinking its a Gas Station, then found the Mechanic Shop. Maurice immediately Prioritized fixing the Flat and getting me back on the road. Their Price is very affordable for anyone! Saved 100s of $ for not having get a new Tire right away. Ive driven over 2000 miles since the Flat Fix, the Tire havent lost any air pressure. I will highly recommend this place - Regular Oil Changes and Services. They were working on Porches and others German cars too while I was there. Saved a lot of time too! I thought it will take another 2 Hrs for the Roadside assistance to switch to Spare Tire. But I was back on the road in just 15mins. Thanks to Maurice and team!

Sallie Dignin My experience with Chestnut Auto repair was very positive. I had initially taken my car to the dealership but ran into some problems with them honoring my third person warranty and as a result and reading the positive reviews I ended up choosing Chestnut Auto repair. I had my car towed there and they were more than helpful in working with my warranty company and me and very considerate of my situation as I was not in the best place financially yet it was important that my car get fixed. In my opinion they went the extra mile that probably most places would not have done. I appreciated how much they kept in touch with me as repairs were being made and very happy with the results. I highly recommend considering using Chestnut Auto repair as they were very easy to work with and were a very friendly and understanding staff.

I anxiously called Menlo Atherton Auto Repair in the hopes they could help me in my time of need. With a fully booked schedule they had me come in for diagnostic and test drive. They said they would do their best to take a look at my car today. A handful of hours later I got the news. To be honest it wasnt good news, but that isnt the point. Mario explained to me his concerns, the whys and told me not to make any decisions at that moment. He suggested I should go home and think through my options and make my decision then. Susan and Mary Phelps I cant say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Carl at B & D Automotive Center. I was visiting the Bay Area from my home in Nevada and prior to driving over the Sierras I noticed a problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon. I searched auto repair on the BBB website, and there were many great reviews for B&D so I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told to "come on down" and Carl had the mechanic stop what he was working on to repair my car. I was on my way in less than an hour. Awesome service! Thank you so much, Carl.
