The insurance company gave me a choice where to take it and without knowing who’s who, I chose Delcas. I am so glad I did. When I arrived, David informed me that since it’s an older model car, it might be considered a total loss by the insurance company as the parts and work might be more than what the car is worth. I asked if we could save it somehow and David worked his magic. He gave me a quote and the insurance company agreed to it. A week later, I picked up my car and it looked amazing. Also, I received updates, via text, while my car was being worked on. Another plus for their customer service. David and Augie, the owner, provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. Not only did they make my car look great, they save me from a salvage title. I told David that I love my Acura as I have had it for 2 decades and he understood this. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
