N C 5 Stars – Exceptional Service Experience I had an outstanding experience at Porsche Palm Springs. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, attentive, and incredibly prompt. Special thanks to Bryce, who handled the tow-in process with impressive efficiency—he made a potentially stressful situation seamless. I also want to recognize Jenna for her diligence in reserving me a loaner vehicle, which made everything much more convenient. The service team deserves a shoutout as well for their prompt and thorough work. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines expertise with genuine customer care at this level. Highly recommend Porsche Palm Springs for anyone looking for top-tier service.

Richard Rundhaug Rich (and Rich Jr.) were fabulous. They got my A/C to run very cold (front and rear a/c). They got my climate controlled seats operational even though the parts were not available. They went way above and beyond. They charged reasonable rates. They were determined to help and get what wanted and needed without having to wait long. I called one day, in and out the next! I highly recommend this facility!!

Margaret Emerson I’ve been looking for a trustworthy shop to care for my aging vehicle with relatively low mileage. I had a breakdown this week and decided it was time to try City Auto. They were able to get me in the next day and diagnosed and repaired my issues, as well as inspected the vehicle. The price seemed very reasonable, too. I’m extremely grateful to Jeff and his staff. I’ll be using them for all my future vehicle repair needs.

luke eastman i tried this place because i was told they work on high end cars. top notch for a new shop. the mechanic and office lady are awesome.I went if for a scheduled maintenance and i feel like the quality of work and professionalism is as good if not better than the dealership I usually go for service. I highly recommend this place. definitely my new go to place

Mark McDonald The air conditioning compressor quit on an unseasonably warm spell. Javier fixed the compressor in a day, at a fair price, and its working great now. Definitely recommend them
