5 /5 Izmael Arkin: I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Camry to DFM since I moved to back Mendocino County in 2015. There are a few key things that I find exceptional regarding their service.
1. There prices are extremely fair considering market rates.
2. The estimates they provide prior to servicing my vehicle have always been accurate
3. If the estimate provided is inaccurate they always call and verify prior to doing any additional work
4. They are honest, always letting me know if it is important that I make the repair immediately or it can wait.
5. They have been highly reliable being consistently accurate with their predicted times to fix/repair/tune my car.
The biggest thing with DFM (and really any organization working with your car) is that they are always honest. They provide me with an accurate assessment of what fixes my car may need and they honestly communicate what needs to happen now and can wait. This is very important for me because I know very little about cars, and could easily be conned or taken advantage of.
Not only does this not happen, but when there are services that I need for my car outside of what they offer they are able to provide me with an effective cost efficent manner to deal with it (for example getting a key duplicate, Christian at the front desk showed me what I can order on Amazon, rather than heading to the dealership, effectively saving me $100+).
