5 /5 Fernando Diaz: Dealership recommended brand new engine. D&J disagreed and laid out all my options for me. I went with a complete engine rebuild, which saved me more than half of what I would have paid with the dealership. They explained the entire process and sent me pictures during the whole process. If they come across other issues during the teardown, they let me know right away and how it would affect the final cost. These guys are honest upfront and let you know from the get go what could be going on in the engine. They saved me a boat load of money and thats how you earn repeat customers. I will definitely be going back to D&J for my other vehicles. Putting up before and after pictures of my engine.

Jesse is an excellent individual who knows his stuff. He was very helpful in helping me with my vehicle twice. Jesse went above and beyond to help figure out what could be wrong with my vehicle. D & J Diagnostics are truly for the customer and want to work with the individuals. Highly recommend them as a choice for your vehicles next service.

I’m a traveling surgical tech, and when I got here my check engine light came on in my Chevy Sonic; I found them initially on google, they came out and did a diagnostic and found that a sensor in my car went bad. They came back out the next day with the part and fixed it. About a month later my AC stopped working and my check engine light came on again, called them up, close to the end of day for them, and they accommodated me, allowed me to bring my car in even though they were closing, come to find out the turbo in my car went bad. They ordered the parts and fixed my car. Both mechanics even stayed late to ensure I had my car back on time and so I didn’t have to miss a day of work. They even noticed my headlights were pointing down and adjusted them for me. Now I’m back to driving cool as a cucumber with an AC system that works great and a smooth ride now that the turbo is fixed. They are honestly the BEST mechanics I’ve been to, super efficient, straight shooters when it come to what is wrong with your car, communication was top tier when it came to letting me know when the part arrived and setting up appointments to bring my car in, and prices were VERY reasonable. Both mechanics I met were kind hearted and honest people. Anytime I’m in the area and there is a problem with my car, they will always be my choice to entrust my vehicle to. And I recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you again D&J!!!!!

5 /5 Brittany Burke: Little did I know that my dream MOM SUV, a 2015 Dodge Durango would have so many issues with the cooling system. I have been a returning customer ever since my radiator wanted to act up. January 2024, I found myself stranded 10:30 pm off of 7th street in downtown Victorville with a hose leak. Triple AAA towed it back to my home, but I had absolutely no idea what happened just this liquid is sprayed all under my hood. My father originally found D & J and called the lovely secretary Red right up. I had someone out to diagnosis the issue the same day. Next morning bright and early the tech came out and replaced the several different issues I had under the hood. Even cleaned off my vehicle from the coolant leak. I was so happy to be back on the road. Given Dodges smart choice to use plastic radiators for a v8 engine, I found myself calling D & J again for my engine overheating. The tech came out next day and diagnosis the issue, hairline crack along my plastic radiator. They had the special radiator my truck only takes beginning this year of make/model ordered and it was installed within an hour the next day. Thankful for the team at D & J and I highly recommend them for any car issues you may have. Love that they come to you as it never is a good feeling when trying to figure out how to tow your vehicle to a shop.
