5 /5 Dawn Taylor: The DoubleTree was a lovely place to stay while working in San Bernardino. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The waitstaff at the bar were extra friendly, patient, and super accommodating. Above all else, Navy at the front desk was an absolute delight! Every time I saw him and he greeted me by name and made me feel welcome and seen. His genuine, positive energy was my favorite part of this stay.

5 /5 L S: Good service is good service whether youre at a Four Seasons or a Motel 6. Every person I came across from the gent checking me, to the bartender, to the staff in the hall asking if I needed help finding my room was top notch. Traveling alone for work every single week, I deeply appreciate feeling seen and being offered inviting hospitality. I will definitely stay here again when in SB. Also, the new room remodels are very nice.

5 /5 Gary: Incredible customer service from the time that we arrived and were greeted and helped by Navy, who was the quintessential professional. Every employee that I had come in contact with during my stay was very friendly, helpful and professional as well. The room was beautiful and so was the rest of the property. I havent been to this hotel in about 30 some odd years, but its only gotten better. Based on my experience during this stay, it will be my go-to hotel from now on.
