5 /5 Bella Luce: Dr. Bateman was on call when I landed at Kaiser with a very painful bladder infection. He was extremely professional and caring. He administered pain meds immediately and expedited the labs. I was in and out within about twenty minutes. If youve ever been to an emergency room you know THATS a record! Also, he determined the phone helpline had unnecessarily sent me to the hospital and didnt charge me for the visit. What a prince!
