I was visiting the Bay Area from my home in Nevada and prior to driving over the Sierras I noticed a problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon. I searched auto repair on the BBB website, and there were many great reviews for B&D so I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told to "come on down" and Carl had the mechanic stop what he was working on to repair my car. I was on my way in less than an hour. Awesome service! Thank you so much, Carl.

Tan Huangfu I called on a Sunday morning for a battery problem and he happily scheduled with me for 10 am after calculating gas cost. I told him I’m not home before that time but somehow he showed up at my house at 9:12 and called me to come out. After confirming he can come back at 10 am, I went on with my thing. He then sent a message at 9:37 saying he’s busy and won’t come back today. I messaged him to ask about other time but he wouldn’t reply. I called him and try to find out what’s going on, only to get a text to tell me stop calling and he’s busy. Wouldn’t even dare to pick up and apologize. Such a way to handle business.
