5 /5 David Cervini: Our car was damaged while driving along the lake on vacation. We had to get an Uber. We asked the driver if he knew a good place in town; he recommended Eloise. It was a stressful time since we live 500 miles away in San Diego. Kat was amazing! Professional, compassionate and communicative. She was also able to find alternatives that saved our car from being totaled by the insurance company. We have our car back and have them to thank for it! I highly recommend them. (I only wish we could find similar in San Diego!)

5 /5 Rebecca Waller: These guys are awesome! Harley explained the repairs and possible testing my car needed very thoroughly and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I had to drop my car off after hours and that process was super easy too. They got my car in and out pretty quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming here for any future repairs!

5 /5 Charlotte Maciejewski: When we were traveling through South Lake Tahoe coming home from a wedding, the dashboard on our car lit up like a Christmas tree. Eloise Automotive was the only garage that would give us the time of day. Not only did they fit us in to see what was going on, they set expectations, and then exceeded them by having us up and running within a few hours. They were incredibly kind, super down to earth and they had a beautiful Newfie for us to love on when we were feeling the stress. Overall it was a really excellent experience during what could have been an exceptionally awful time. Thank you!!
