5 /5 Lu Sgr: I went to Exclusive today for the first time, as Sanjiv comes highly. recommended, Especially with all the positive reviews! I had a check engine light which diagnosed as a bad thermostat. I did my research prior to choosing Sanjiv. I am very happy with the outcome. Samjive is kind & easy to talk to, unlike the other places who basically just want to take advantage of the situation. Very reasonable price wise & more so, ready when he said it would be! Plus my car was washed! That was a nice surprise. I will definitely go back to Sanjiv! I highly recommend him as well! Thank you very much Sanjive~

5 /5 Jim Keen: We have two BMWs serviced at Exclusive Auto Service. One is my wifes 325ix, the other a M3. Recently, Sanjiv did oil changes on both and replaced cooling system parts on the ix. He diagnosed and repaired a stubborn emissions problem on the M3 which was not passing emissions, and the M3 now sounds and performs like new. My wife appreciates that Sanjiv explains what needs to be repaired without being technical. The costs were below what Ive been charged at BMW dealers and mechanics in TO and Burbank. In fact, the oil changes were much less than other independent German auto mechanics. Highly recommend. I give him a 5 out of 5.

Since then, Sanjiv and his staff have continued to impress me with their expertise.There is no repair shop I would trust more with my Baby Benz. Sanjiv treats it with kid gloves, and has always been professional, reasonable and has provided great quality work.

Sanjiv is honest, straight forward, very reasonable, and he keeps his shop and office extra clean and neat. Top notch auto service! Im so glad I found him!

5 /5 John Jeffers: Sometimes its amazing what you can find with a simple Google search. In this case I found an honest and skilled mechanic at a fair price. I cant recall ever having a better experience getting my car repaired. Professional all the way. I was happy to hand over my credit card at the end and felt confident that the problem had been addressed properly. My BMW has never run better. Ill be back. Thank you, Sanjiv and Kishore!
