5 /5 John Nichols: I have been taking my car to Don for repairs for over 15 years. Don is a great auto mechanic. He is open on Saturdays which is very convenient. He has worked on my cars probably 17 times in past 15 years. I’ve always been satisfied with the repairs he has done for me. I would highly recommend this place if you need your car repaired.

5 /5 Tasha Nesbitt: I needed a place open on a Saturday and they were open after finding them on Google. When I called, I told the guy what I needed done to the car only - since I already knew what was wrong with the car. Immediately he said - "you need that because... and he said out loud the problem with my car" I was like YES! He knows! SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE. - DON is straight to the point and no frills. He said he had worked on VWs like mine before and that is how he knew... I paid him to do a few extra things he said my car needed because it is a 2001 and I trusted him and paid him what he asked. He fixed it and my car ran better than it ever... He also ordered something and I had to come back the next week to have it installed. Which I did today. The car is happy and I am happy. 5 /5 Meredith Hutcheson: My car is ancient: 2007. But for a Honda it’s got a lot of miles left and I want it to run until it’s really and truly done! I’m so glad to find Express Auto Clinic. My car had been shuddering a bit for a while, and I’d tried to get it addressed proactively but the last person I brought it to said nothing was wrong with it (I disagreed but what can I do when I don’t know anything about cars?). Finally the shake got worse and the engine light came on. The location is great — I dropped off my car, walked to BART, and was on my way to work. They called me with the diagnosis before my train came, had it fixed by lunchtime, and let me pick it up the next day because that worked better for my schedule. Price was reasonable based on my experience of repair costs elsewhere, receipt was itemized, and everything runs smoothly now. They also gave me a quote for a piece of body work I’ve been avoiding for a way better price than the other place I called. I will be making this my repair spot from now on! Thanks so much!
