5 /5 Ivru1455: Great people to work with, very courteous, professional and friendly. I brought in my car for a crank, no start. I was giving a price that I could not refuse, the price included sending the cylinder head to a machine shop for valve guide replacement. They also noticed other issues on the car, it was fixed or replaced without charge; i.e. broken airfilter housing assembly replaced free. I will certainly come back and recommend this shop...

He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and highly considerate of your time with scheduling. He goes above and beyond . He remembers who you are. He keeps it real! 5 /5 andrew corwin: Great diagnostic skills. While not a perfect experience. They made it right. They fixed multiple electronic issues. One of which was a particularly challenging one. They also use quality parts which is surprisingly rare to find. Most shops install crap parts that won’t last. They fixed my electrical short and my parasitic draw that would kill my battery after sitting for a week. I waited to review until I am sure the problem was fixed and I am happy to say they fixed it and my car doesn’t kill the battery anymore! Would recommend for Toyota Lexus service and diagnostics.

5 /5 lorena martinez: TJ IS THE BEST!!!!! He genuinely is. He is honest and on top of everything. He always manages to get me on the schedule and call me about every detail with my cars. He is extremely busy but yet finds the time. Besides being amazing with his workload he always has a friendly smile and when I come into Factory Specific I already know his customer service is above and beyond. It’s always so nice to see such a friendly face coming in here and knowing I’m always going to have great honest service. You won’t regret coming here and talking to TJ.
