5 /5 sara Rae: I went to family auto this morning and had an oil change, brake replacement, and front rotor replacement. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and Im glad I did, because people started lining up after me, and they had a consistent stream of customers while I was there. They seem very popular. Matt in the front office was very nice, and he explained what was going on with my car and what and why I needed things done. He worked with me on the price and I left extremely satisfied. The lobby was clean and the chairs comfortable. There are toys and books for if you need to bring your kids. There is also a customer bathroom. I would suggest bringing a sweater as the lobby was a bit chilly. I will definitely be returning here. They seem to be a well run operation.

The gentleman at the front answered my phone call when my tire was going flat in the middle of town and he got me right in as soon as I drove up and walked in. It was repaired for literally so cheap and in under two hours. They really saved me a lot of stress and I highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation!
