Shane B 230 pm on a monday: Coming home from a camping trip, my Ford E250 lost all power. I look up repair in Bakersfield and saw Fast Auto Service. Reasonable reviews, so I gave them a call. They answered right away and said they could handle my problem. AAA towed me in. Ramon immediately started diagnosis, called for a replacement part that was delivered within 30mins. 1.5 hours after arrival I was back on the road to LA. Price was decent too! I would definitely have a vehicle repaired here again. Special shout out to Jorge and Ramon for speed and professionalism!! Thank you greatly gentlemen!!

Rebecca Lewis I took my truck to a local dealership because my brakes were going. They quoted me a ridiculous price so I called McWilliams and Walden and their quote was fair. When I took my truck in the office was clean and tidy and smelled really good. The staff was amazing. Even though there were several customers waiting, we didnt have to wait long and the staff always reassured us that they would be right with us. They were up front with pricing and explained everything to me. I dropped my truck off in the morning and by early afternoon they were calling to let me know it was ready to be picked up. On top of having my brakes replaced I also had an oil change done and the price was a fraction of what it would have cost me at one of the local dealerships. I definitely recommend McWilliams and Walden for all of your vehicle needs. I know I will be using them from now on.

Javier Gonzalez Anyone looking for great quality repairs this place is it. Ive known Alex for a couple of years, hes done work on my cars in the past and always does a great job. This guy knows his stuff, super professional and honest. Ive had AC work on my car and most recently had a steering column and suspension issue and Alex found the issue right away and did the repair and came out perfect. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

Jennifer Banuelos Gerald and his family were amazing! We were 12 hrs into our drive till my suv started to act up. It was past buisness hours I started to freak out. My husband called Gerald and he said to bring it. We had to call a tow truck and dropped it off at his house which he has a a garage to work on these vehicles. We had to leave our car due to it being transmission problems we had to rent a car to make it down to a wedding. Gerald kept in contact we had to get a new transmission and it was affordable. He even called us to make sure we got back home without any problems. So if you brake down in Bakersfield dont freak out because Geralds there! Update: Its been 5 years and my transmission is still running strong!
