Pastors Tim Felker and Matt Swift and their wives have developed a welcoming, inviting atmosphere of community, fellowship, and prophetic worship. Every member is made to feel welcome and is encouraged to step out and use the gifts and callings given to them by GOD. People are accepted "as they are", no need to worry about your appearance or "differences" here! Due to this leadership style, you will find people willing to embrace and celebrate who GOD has created you to be! Worship Leader, (currently) Pastor Tim chooses songs that draw you into the presence of the LORD and ushers in the sweetness of the Holy Spirit. Prophetic Art is showcased once a month with children and youth involved. Prophetic paintings that are produced during the time of worship are often gifted to a member of the congregation along with a prophetic word and prayer. Many times, the service includes a time of prayer and prophetic words shared by the leadership and congregants. The congregation is vibrant with a large number of children and youth! There are home groups to attend during the week and a FB prayer group to help with communication and congregational needs. Fathers House has a heart to reach out and into the community, to that end, they run an outreach called Feeding 5000, which endeavors to aid the community by providing food on a monthly basis to those in need. There are also plans to expand these types of ministries in the future. Pastor Tim believes in "tearing down walls of division" amongst the body of Messiah and to that end often invites missionaries and speakers from different denominations to share with his congregation. As he says, "The LORD is coming back for a united body!" If youre looking for a place to "fit in", to serve, to activate your gifts, and use them, then Fathers House, just might be the "home" youre looking for!
