I was not only greeted with an genuine welcome but i was also well informed about the process and work that needed to be done. I also witnessed him give the same courtesy to all customers that came in behind me. I recommend this place to whom ever is in need. Im truly grateful.

I waited in the Lobby and had the privilege of watching Angel interact with other Customers and honestly I was very impressed. His level of professionalism and kindness was very Above and beyond. Wish we had customer service like this everywhere we go, It was outstanding service. And I spent over $700 today and it makes me feel good when I leave knowing that they took good care of me and I was treated with kindness and respect and I definitely will refer others to come here and I will be back as well with my other vehicles. 5 /5 Yo loss And still tossed: Man those are some good guys done there especially my buddy Keith God I hope I’m getting his name right!! But that guy was a life saver and even though my problem was a very expensive one they made it as easy as they could by doing other things besides monetary like time allowing me a little more time like understanding!!! Understanding I was in a tight tight spot I can’t even say jam I was between concrete but he helped every way he could I know why I was lead there because I truly was lead there and I’d advise anyone with car trouble to pay Firestone a visit tell my boy Keith what’s up !!
