She dealt with the other drivers insurance even though they were slow to respond and frustrating to work with. My car looks great and they even washed the outside and cleaned the inside. Ali welcomes me with a big smile and process checkin papers flawlessly. I also received an updates from Liz, i liked how she does that from time to time. Then to Manager Dulce that willing to deliver my car in my place if im not available. And the most important, the repair job is perfect. So 5 stars.
