The staff and culture of Fix Auto are those many other businesses could learn from. From the moment of a first call to inquire about their service to the time they hand you the keys to your finished repair, the cordial and professional team is a pleasure to work with. Unlike some other car repair businesses, the staff keeps you informed of the progress of their work throughout. They send appropriate text messages updating on simple matters like when they have received the parts needed to complete their work, and an accurate prediction of the time it will take to finish the job. There is just the right amount of communication that keeps you informed. Additionally, their estimate of how long the repairs will take are very accurate. My experience with Keith could not have been better. Super professional, and informative. They run a nice tight ship. I highly recommend Fix Auto should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing their services.
