Dee Dreslough I love their work authorization system. I prefer no surprises and they put everything down in (digital) writing with accurate prices and require each task be authorized. They did fantastic work, were friendly and the garage is spotless and well organized. I cant ask for more.

Maria Sandoval Joe and his team did a great job on my car. The service was excellent! The work was excellent. They really want to help people in this shop. My car was ready before the agreed time. I found him very generous with his explanation of the work needed to be done. He paid attention to details and was more than willing to fix additional details in my car. He went above and beyond to give me a good deal and to do a good job.

Tom Benedict Excellent customer service. I originally scheduled three windshield replacements with another well know local glass shop. They could not find the glass for one of the cars and also said I would have to bring in the other two cars on the same day and leave them all day. They suggested I try Pacific Coast Auto Glass about the windshield they could not get. I called and Erik was able to find a source for the windshield within an hour or two. Then the original glass shop called and said they could not do my other two cars. Turned out that was fortunate, as Erik was able to schedule me for three consecutive days and estimated it would take 2-3 hours so I was able to wait while the work was done. Quality professional workmanship and both Erik and Chandler were especially friendly and accommodating. Plus they vacuumed my vehicles! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

Casey Curtis David is the one that helped me he actually saved me from a tragic situation haha from the time we got here when you guys opened he was non-stop u dont see to many people that r that busy and have amazing customer service wile doing everything he was doing this world needs more hard working citizens like him he defintly makes this place worth stopping by!! Still staying in contact with me and keeping me updated ....They were able to get car in and windshield replace within a week and a half . Highly recommended great workmanship . Reliable. Reasonably priced.Also will follow through on your behalf with the insurance companies The insurance company called for a Safelite windshield. While Petersons fought with the insurance company and got an OEM windshield.
