5 /5 Alison Brown: My car blew a tire on the freeway near the median when my son was driving it and the Highway Patrol insisted on pushing it off even thou it was 2 am and very little traffic and I had AAA coming. Unfortunately when they did that the angle my tire was at it broke the axle and my insurance wont cover it. I had it towed to Franks and its been there for almost 2 months while I try and save the money to fix it. he has been patient with me. Not many places would be. I finally have enough money, I think, and wouldnt think of having anyone but Frank fix it Thank You !!

5 /5 Christi Richardson: Frank is awesome!! He has great customer service and is very honest!! Ive had my share of dishonest mechanics and I feel I never have to worry about that again. My previous mechanic told me that I needed new rear brakes and it was going to cost an arm and a leg! I came here to Franks for an oil change and without me even mentioning anything, he checked my brakes and said they were all good!! Ill be coming to Franks auto for everything now!! He took the time to diagnose the mechanical issues my car was experiencing and gave me the run down on the process it took to get it fixed. I have taken my car to other mechanics, but was not fully satisfied with my service. Every time I take it to Frank I am left satisfied knowing my car is running properly. I trust him more with my car than other mechanic shops to perform work on. Highly recommend his shop to others who are experiencing car troubles.
