5 /5 Rita Tang: My engine light was on, and other shops I visited told me it might be a serious issue — possibly even needing a full engine replacement. Luckily, I later found Sal’s shop. He gave me a thorough and professional diagnosis and discovered that the problem was actually minor. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Their honesty and professionalism made me feel confident and safe leaving my car in their hands. I truly trust their service and highly recommend them.

4 /5 Ronald Webber: This shop has a secure key drop off service and an online app to enter information on your vehicle, approve any repairs, and pay for the service. The service team was quick to diagnosis the issue with my car and provided me with several solutions using the software tools needed to diagnosis the Mercedes. I was unable to afford the cost of the total repairs at the time. The shop was very understanding and had a very professional attitude when I said Id just come get the car. I just paid the $155 diagnosis fee. The only reason I gave only 4 out of 5 stars is because the shop does not offer towing service nor arranged a tow. I had to arrange the initial tow to the shop and the second one out of the shop. Although arranging the second tow is undestandable, I was suprised that the initial tow wasnt offered by the shop. I didnt expect it to be free, but I was shocked that it wasnt something the shop could arrange. I did find the owner, Sal, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. If youre needing a percise diagnosis in the Fremont area, I highly recommend this shop.
