5 /5 Joyce Lu: Trustworthy service of the highest integrity! I first came to the shop when I thought I had something sporadically wrong with my window but the window was working fine when I arrived. Mike and his crew were willing to observe my car and troubleshoot it for the day but still, the window window was operating just fine. I tried to see if he would accept some amount of payment for the trouble he went through with the diagnostics but he turned me down and told me to come back when the window wasn’t working again. Sure enough, a month or two went by and the windows was able to finally act up and put on a show, so I went back to Mike and he was able to take the day and fix it right up for me. I definitely give him credit for the work he did and his solid business practices to only collect payment when his job is done and done well. I will have no reservations coming back to Mike. I’ll post this review on Yelp, too, to spread the good word. Thanks Mike!
