The team does an amazing job of helping you understand whats going on with your vehicle and they come up with a plan of how they will address all issues. As a young woman it can be difficult going to auto shops for the fear of being treated like you don’t know anything, but everyone here treated me with so much respect, listened to things that I thought might be silly questions, and were tremendously helpful. They never pushed extra services on me and did the jobs I brought my cars in for very well. Thank you to everyone at Gallardo’s for giving me such great service with such kindness!

However, since I started coming to Gallardos, I haven’t gone back to the dealer—not because of cost, but because I feel my car gets more attention and better care here. I care a lot about my car, and based on my experiences so far, I truly feel it’s in better hands at this shop.
