From the moment I arrived, the service advisor TC and technician Jorge delivered a level of care, precision, and communication that went above and beyond expectations. The service covered a wide scope—from critical repairs like coolant flange replacement and oil leak cleanup to precision-focused maintenance like brake service, wheel bearing replacement, and a full 4-wheel alignment. Every step was methodically handled, and the attention to detail was crystal clear—right down to the retorque notices and tire DOT documentation. What impressed me most was the transparency and professionalism. The breakdown of labor, parts, and even tire disposal fees was well-explained and fair. Courtney Warren I had a great experience with Toral Auto! We took our minivan to Miguel for repairs, including to replace the radiator and struts. He got the work done fast, and at a very fair price. When I picked up the car, he opened it up and showed me everything. Its been a couple weeks and so far so good! Car is running great! Miguel is friendly and easy to work with. He provided a detailed professional quote ahead of the work. The repairs are under warranty, and hes part of a network in the Bay Area so that the car can be taken to a number of places if there are any issues (I dont anticipate there will be). Note: the shop doesnt have its own customer parking, besides the garages where the work is done. Its squeezed between two other shops, so if Miguel sees you when you arrive, he may have you pull in front of the driveway--otherwise street parking is available.

Derek Wang Kenneth is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and also personable, down to earth. Makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. He is very communicative and listens to your needs/requests and does everything he can to save you time, money, and headache. Ive been to many different mechanics over the years and he is right up there with the best of them.
