5 /5 Larry Rustigian: I had to put in my 2 cent after reading a very bad review. I no longer go to Ben because I moved away 4 years ago. But I started going to genuine tech in 2000 after buying 2 new honda accords for my daughters. One of their boyfriends recommended Ben. The best decision i have ever made regarding my cars is going to him. I have purchased 4 more honda and acura cars since then just because I wanted Ben to take care of my vehicles. Sitting in his shop waiting for my car I have witnessed many many people come for service and repairs. Without any doubt I can describe their operation. First, Ben is totally honest, fair, and readably priced. I really think he is so much smarter than any honda or acura dealership. And I believe his very reasonable pricing is because he can diagnose the problem from your description of whats wrong and do the repair in shorter time. Thats my experience. One thing that sets him apart from other good mechanics-he is more concerned with helping his customers than making money. Thats why he has so many repeat customers. I never asked for any discounts because Ben over the years has saved me much money and headaches and gives great advice, such as directing me to the dealer when the problem he found was under warranty and not
charge me for the diagnosis.
